Your Coach House
My family built The Coach House in 1814, historically it was used to accommodate the Coachman and the grooms. Some years ago we undertook a restoration programme to bring this lovely property up to modern standards and make it a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay. It is adjacent to the main house, overlooking the garden and is the ideal place to prepare for your wedding or to spend part of your honeymoon in peace and tranquillity.
The romantic Coachman’s Room has a large antique, brass double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The Apple Room has twin beds with bath and shower. The oak beamed sitting room is large and cosy and the kitchen very spacious and warm.
We provide for you in our self catering Coach House modern equipment, linen and towels. We have digital Television, a DVD player and WiFi.
You are welcomed with vases of fresh flowers from our garden.
